The day I met Carter, I could tell he was not only confident but a little full of himself too. He walked into the Hotel Jefferson that morning like he owned the place. I was brand new to my job and had not previously made his acquaintance but it was obvious everyone knew him and although Carter was a bit pretentious, he was likable.
When he handed me his business card and asked me to give him a call, I presumed he was just another man after a booty call. You see, my bottom half is one of my best assets and Carter didn’t hide the fact, he liked what he saw. Although I allowed sometime to pass before I called him, I’m so happy I did.
The problems with the crazed woman who decided she wanted my man came out of nowhere and when I finally had enough, I challenged Carter to call her on her behavior or I would. You see, most people mistake my petite frame and soft spoken mannerism as a sign of weakness. They are, however, sadly mistaken. Like my Carter, I’m a pit bull in the boardroom and outside of, if need be.
It was no problem finding that insane female and eliminating the issue once and for all. Perhaps Carter and Matthew felt assigning Jude to watch over me was necessary for my protection and I’m happy they did. I just want them and anyone who chooses to challenge my loyalty to my man to understand, whenever it comes down to it, I can rumble a little bit.
Ciao!
